AiBST Alumni & Visiting Scientist

AiBST is rapidly becoming a ‘Mecca’ for biomedical science and technology for many young African scientists resulting in ‘research pilgrimages’ every year varying from a few weeks to many months. As a postgraduate training institute, the AiBST experiences a high turnover of young scientists at MSc and PhD level as they graduate. AiBST is proud of the positive feedback it gets on the academic and/or industrial caliber of our graduates. For international senior scientists, AiBST embodies the essence of productive collaborations hence the many joint research projects conducted at AiBST resulting in exchange visits of scientists. On this Alumni and Visiting Scientists page, we recognize these scientists who have brought both academic and cultural/social energy to our institute in 2013 and 2014.
