• Copy of ID document (National ID, passport, driver’s license) for all parties to be tested
• One passport size photo each
• Child’s birth certificate or road to health card (clinic card) and birth record for minors under the age of 16
• Court order for legally binding test
• Results after 14 working days
• Refund attract 10% Administration fee
